ʿAlī ibn Abī Tālib said:

Shaykh Al-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah said:
The one who refutes the people of innovation is a mujāhid, to the extent that Yahyā ibn Yahyā used to say: “Defending the Sunnah is better than jihād.”
